The content is protected by copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise used without express written permission from FashionFolks.
If you believe your work has been copied without authorization and posted on fashionfolks.co, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If possible, provide a URL to the location on fashionfolks.co.
- Identification of what content you believe infringes your copyright and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the infringing content.
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the copyrighted content described above is not authorized by the copyright owner (or by a third party who is legally entitled to do so).
- A statement that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you attest under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receiving a valid notification, FashionFolks will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. FashionFolks may also notify the user who posted the content if sufficient information is available.
If you receive a copyright infringement notification from us and believe removal was a mistake, you may send us a counter notification with the following information:
- Identification of the material that was removed, including its original location.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your consent to federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process from the party who submitted the original claim.
FashionFolks will forward your counter notification to the original claimant. If the claimant does not notify us of an action seeking court order against you within 10-14 days, FashionFolks may restore the removed content at our discretion.
